Hackathon Structure

Three Dynamic Phases of Hackathon

Phase 1: Idea Proposal Stage

Participating teams must submit a Abstract outlining their problem statement, proposed solution, technology stack, and technical approach. The abstract should clearly highlight the feasibility, technical innovation, and impact of the idea. Only shortlisted teams will advance to the next round.

Phase 2: Prototype Submission Stage

Selected teams will develop functional prototypes that demonstrate technical feasibility and scalability. During the Minimum Viable Product stage, they’ll have access to mentorship and resources.

Finalists will then present offline at CDTI Jaipur, with winners announced on the same day after jury deliberation.

Phase 3: The Grand Finale

The finalists will be invited to CDTI Jaipur for an offline presentation before an expert jury panel.

Each team will have 20 minutes to present their project, showcasing its technical execution, innovation, and impact. The jury will evaluate the solutions based on feasibility, creativity, and practical implementation. Winners will be announced on the same day after jury deliberation.
